Work for us – OLD

Would you like to join our team?  A team where everyone is valued. A team that doesn’t use agency staff.

We are a small organisation – by choice. Being a niche organisation in a crowded disability services market, means we can offer a different approach. An approach that’s highly personalised, respectful and collaborative – for our clients and our team.

If you are a Support Worker, Occupational Therapist, Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse we would love to hear from you.

What we offer you

As a valued member of our team we provide:

  • as many buddy shifts as you need to support your induction
  • mentoring from a professional with 30+ years of experience in Perth supporting people with disabilities
  • consistent opportunities for debriefing
  • regular shifts that suit your own work/ life balance goals
  • access to our EAP program
  • SCHADS award rates

Interested?

If this all sounds like you, and you are a Support Worker, Occupational Therapist, Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse, we would love to hear from you about joining our team.
